Maureen Teresa Ward: Ottawa, Ontario, Canada; My ancestors were French and Irish. The Maloney clan (my dad's side) hailed from Counties Clare and Limerick in Ireland. The Brousseaus and Guillets ( mom's) are of French descent. I have 1 brother and four sisters who are living. Another brother died of a brain hemorrhage in 1980. My parents have passed away and I miss Johnny and my parents so much. Many of my memories as a kid are of good times I had with my brother Johnny because he was not only my brother but my best friend as well . Because we were so close in age we shared many of the same experiences My husband Michael and I were married June 15, 1968, at Our Lady of the Annunciation Catholic Church, Hull, Quebec and have 3 children, 8 grandchildren (4 boys and 4 girls ) and four great-grandchildren They are all loved dearly and very precious to Michael and me I figured it was about time I write down some of my stories because I have a lot of great memories growing up and I would like the grandchildren to know a little about their grandma when she was a kid.
